I'm William, the man behind Will4Fitness, I'm a fully qualified personal trainer who having worked in multiple high end gyms, such as David Lloyd, Reynolds Retreat, Nuffield Health and many gyms whilst on my travels in Spain, I decided to open my own state of the art, fully equipped gym, so I could pass on my passion for health and fitness, in a more serene and tranquil environment. 


It's easy to become frustrated and confused about what steps are needed to take to lose weight and it can be a horrible position to be in. I know this because I have been in that exact position.

This is the whole reason behind why I became a personal trainer. I want to help people gain clarity on the steps they personally need to take to lose weight and improve their self-confidence.


I decided to become a personal trainer as I knew very early on in my fitness journey that this was my passion and something that i would be doing forever. And I wanted to share my passion with others and show them the steps they need to take in order to achieve life-changing results .

I know ‘life-changing results’ is a cliche saying but it is no understatement that health and fitness changed my life for the better so why can’t it change yours? The hardest part is starting.

My aim is to help people like you, achieve your health, fitness and body goals, without any restrictions or limitations, through the use of nutritional education and 1 to 1 training, in my private Studio, situated in the peaceful Higham countryside.
