About me
I'm William, the man behind Will4Fitness. After working in high-end gyms including David Lloyd, Reynolds Retreat and Nuffield Health — plus gyms during my travels in Spain — I opened my own fully equipped private studio in the peaceful Higham countryside.
I know how frustrating and confusing weight loss can feel because I’ve been there myself. That experience is why I became a personal trainer: to help people gain clarity, confidence and real, sustainable results.
My goal is to help you achieve your health, fitness and body goals without harsh restrictions, through 1-to-1 training and practical nutritional education in a calm, supportive environment.
