These dates encourage regular attendance, ensuring you make steady progress and see tangible results. Expiry dates also help me manage my schedules effectively, providing fair access to all clients and maintaining the quality of my services. By setting clear expectations, i can optimize my resources and offer a structured approach to your training. Ultimately, this policy ensures you get the most value from your investment and stay on track with your fitness journey.

Terms & Conditions

Refunds:

All payments are non-refundable.

Sessions expiry 

All sessions must be used up within 6 months in order to improve clients consistency of training and improve the consistency of client income

Non-Transferable:

 All personal training sessions are non-transferable. This means that sessions are exclusively for the client who purchased them and cannot be given, shared, or swapped with family members or friends.

Cancellations:

To cancel appointments, please provide notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session price, or the forfeiture of the session from your pre-paid course. (For early morning clients, this applies to cancellations made by the night before).

Illness:

If your personal trainer is unable to conduct the session due to illness or incapacity, the session will be canceled and rescheduled.

Late Arrivals:

Sessions commence at the pre-arranged time. Any time lost due to the client's late arrival will not be compensated at the end of the session.

Session Duration

Each session lasts between 55 minutes to an hour, ensuring you receive a comprehensive and effective workout tailored to your fitness goals.
